Mrs. Trish is our head office manager with many years of office experience under her belt. She does most of the "behind the scenes" work at Kuality. She may poke her head in the front every now and then, but she is hard at work making sure we run smooth and efficiently.

Mr. Jeff is our main owner, mechanic, and car buyer! You may not see him in the office very often, and that's because he is out buying our inventory. Between working on cars, going to car auctions, and watching over Kuality, he has got his hands full. We love working for Mr. Jeff!
Ms. Raelyn is our head saleswoman here at Kuality. She is always the bright, smiling face in the front office. She is there for you to answer phone calls, give you prices, do your paperwork, and send you off in your new ride! She is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, and the fresh face you see in the office.
Ms. Rayne is our part-time saleswoman. If you see her, you'll see the baby too. She is not here very often, but when she is, she is very helpful with answering phone calls, giving receipts, and sending you out of here in your new car. She is such a light for our staff, and super handy when we need her.
